What Are Our Patients Saying?

Here are some more of our favorite comments from recent Patient Satisfaction Surveys:

“The nurses were very helpful with everything we needed. Answered every question perfectly.”
“Love the team & how comfortable I feel here.”
“Change nothing, you guys are wonderful people. How would you rate the overall visit: 10000/10”
“I came in very nervous but was quickly at ease with the friendliness and welcoming staff. Great experience.”,
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about CAPS. So professional, kind, and holistic. God’s presence is upon this place.”

Congrats to the Kearny Mesa clinic for having the highest survey offer rate in January and February!

Updated Form

For a while now, many of you have helped keep the CAPS clinics in tip-top shape by using the reporting system referred to as the “FIX-It Ticket”. This has been so helpful to the Operations Team (Lisa & Chavonne) to address technology and facility related areas of concern. We wanted to let you know we have renamed this reporting system, Work Orders, and added a few additional features to help resolve issues more effectively. Moving forward, as you experience or observe areas of concern with technology (e.g., computers, printers, Wi-Fi, etc.) or facilities (e.g., leaks, anything broken or not operating correctly, excessive dirt or stains that need servicing, burned out light bulbs, alarms not working, concerns on the exterior of the building or suite, etc.), please report these on a Work Order. When reporting a problem, please share as much information as possible, take photos if needed, and clearly describe what the issues are. If you experience an urgent or critical situation, please call or text one of us right away. Our goal is to make sure CAPS clinics function optimally, so you and your teams can be successful.

For clarity, Lisa handles all technology and Chavonne handles all facilities items. One of us will contact you after a report has been submitted to troubleshoot the problem or gather more information, if needed.

Thank you again for all you do!
Blessings,
Chavonne and Lisa

God’s Provision in Motion

Here is an article from Jor-El Godsey, President of Heartbeat International

We love watching God work!
Sometimes, we feel the burden of this work and, I admit, at times it can feel that our effort is not enough. The truth is, we know it isn’t. Without God in this mission, we would accomplish nothing. That is why it is so important that we pause and reflect on the ways that He has orchestrated our work for such a time as this.
I want to share with you one of those miracle moments.
